What is your cancellation policy?

If cancelled after 3pm EST within seven days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

Reservations must be cancelled by 3pm EST 21 days in advance of the check-in date to avoid a penalty of one night or 50% of the stay (whichever is greater plus tax).

If cancelled outside of the 21-day policy, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Due to our small size, cancellations greatly affect us. Therefore, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
A $95 cancellation fee applies to all reservation cancellations.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is after 3 PM. Check out is at 11 AM. *Early check-ins are based upon availability. We offer guests complimentary luggage storage.

Do you allow pets?

While we love all furry friends, we do not accept pets to respect those with allergies. This also applies to emotional support animals.

Where is Flag House Inn located?

The Flag House Inn is located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, Maryland. Across the street from the main entrance of the U.S. Naval Academy and a one-minute walk to Main Street and City Dock, the location of the Flag House Inn is without equal.

Is parking available?

Yes, the Flag House Inn offers valet parking spots for a nightly rate of $50.00 per vehicle. If interested in reserving on-site parking, please call us at 410-280-2721 or email us at info@flaghouseinn.com to reserve your spot.

Do you provide rollaway beds or sleeper sofas?

We do not. With the exception of the Fleet Suite and Admiral Suite, all of our rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests.

Can I host an event at the hotel?

We have a lovely outdoor courtyard designed for small, intimate events. Additionally, the dining room and parlor room are well suited for events no larger than 25 people. Due to our boutique setting, the whole property must be reserved to host an event.

The nearest airport is Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, which is 25 mi. From the hotel. Other options include Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (36 mi.) and Dulles International Airport (63 mi.)
