We’ve been enjoying a gusher of fresh fruit along with sampling local crab cakes both from locals spots in town as well as out of our kitchen for dinner (and yes you can taste the difference with local Chesapeake Bay crab meat!)

About the local crab cakes, we can recommend several places in town serving them, our guests have been loving them for dinner. We try and curate a short list of restaurants for lunch/dinner, adding/subtracting based on our own experience and feedback from guests. See this dinner we served for our mother when she came down for a visit, along with fresh local tomatoes, home cooked banana bread and cole slaw…
Last, our little back porch / side patio gardens have been thriving, we garnish every day from the garden – see this example – it all came from on site!
