Dinner Under the Stars – Annapolis Maryland 2016

Summer is in full swing and outside dining is a special feature of this time of year. With that in mind the businesses on the first block of West Street (starting at Church Circle and extending to Calvert Street) are sponsoring “Dining Under the Stars” each Wednesday evening through September 21st. The street will be closed to traffic and local restaurants will set up tables on the bricked street for casual open air dining. There will be live music softly playing while you are dining with one of the nine restaurant along this stretch of West Street. You can even choose to have a night of wine as well as learning to paint with Wine & Design. After eating you can visit the local art stores or the “Mission Escape Rooms – Annapolis” housed there on West Street.

What a lovely way to spend an evening with good friends or family or visitors to Annapolis. All will be lucky enough to spend a night in a beautiful setting illuminated by soft overhead lighting along the street. The street is closed to traffic from 6 pm – 10 pm on these Wednesday evenings. Click on the link above to book your table at one of the restaurants involved and then throw your cares away and come to downtown Annapolis for an evening out under the stars.

If you are concerned about parking be aware that the Gott’s Garage is just behind this stretch of West Street for you convenience if coming from out of town.

If you want to extend the lovely evening than check our availability here at Flag House Inn and make a reservations for an overnight stay with us.
