(April 2018) “We really enjoyed our weekend at Flag House Inn and meeting you & Carmel.  Based on our experience, you seem to be off to a terrific start with this new venture. The Inn is charming! You succeeded at making us feel right at home and providing ample breakfasts that kept us going well into the mid afternoon.  In fact, on Sunday we skipped lunch altogether even after having a nice long walk through parts of Quiet Waters Park en route back home.”

(April 2018) “We enjoyed our stay very much.  The Inn is impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the presentation was lovely.”

RETIREMENT FOR THE SCHMICKLES

Bill & I have been proud owners and operators of Flag House Inn for the past 21 years and we are moving into retirement in 2018. The joy our guests have brought to our lives each and everyday has kept us happy innkeepers and we will cherish the memories of the stories we have shared, friendships we have made and the pleasure of opening our home to so many phenomenal guests over the years. Thanks to all for sharing a part of you lives with us.

However, the inn will continue. A lovely couple, Marty & Carmel Etzel, have taken over, you can contact them for your next stay at Flag House Inn. You will have the same great experience here when you are visiting Annapolis.
