We here at Flag House Inn as well as most of the East Coast have been suffering through the three H’s this past week – hot, humid and hazy. We have had heat indexes as high as 107 (yesterday) but are awaiting the cooling that is being predicted for this upcoming week. Temperatures in the mid 80’s will be a welcome relief.
Our guests have continued to come and still enjoy the small town magic of the historic district of Annapolis. It may be hot but there are plenty of places to get a cool drink, have some great ice cream, take a boat ride and sit by the water and watch the world go by.
For a new and unusual happening in Annapolis you might think about coming on a Tuesday and staying over night at Flag House Inn. Every Tuesday at 7:30 PM through August 13 there is an outdoor performance of Moliere’s Tartuffe on the patio of Reynolds Tavern.
