On Sunday, June 9 there are two events in Annapolis you shouldn’t miss. The Irish Festival on Maryland Avenue and State Circle and the Eastport Civic Association Home and Garden Tour.
The Irish Festival takes place from 10 AM – 5 PM and is centered around the State Circle and Maryland Avenue shops and restaurants. There will be music in several venues along the festival area (including bagpipes from the top of Main Street to the festival at 12 noon) , sidewalk dining at Galway Bay and Harry Browne’s restaurants, food vendors, crafts and lots of shopping along the way. Like the flags flying at Flag House Inn there will be flags and banners to guide you along the way. For more information visit http://marylandave.com/
The Eastport Civic Association presents their annual Home and Garden tour from 1 – 5 PM. Money raised from the tour is funneled back into community non-profits. To find out cost, where to purchase tickets and more about the day visit http://www.eastportcivic.org/
